We are an owner-operated company. The principals have a combined experience of over 40 years in the title industry. Our staff reader has over 20 years experience reading New York City high liability commercial real estate transactions, and has held senior reading position with some of the largest title insurance companies in the industry. The office manager has over 15 years experience as a production manager, also with some of the largest title insurance companies in the industry and 9 years experience as the New York City branch manager for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.
